Are you living for GOD or the world?
Everyone has a choice.
You can live with God, serving God, doing the will of God, or you can live
for the world, serving the world and the will of the world.
God and the world are separate, just as good and evil are separate.
You either live with God or you live with the world, which
is of the Devil.
There is no middle ground, with God.
You either know God and
God knows you
or
you don't know God and He doesn't know you.
There is not one scripture in the holy word of God that says God will dwell
within the hearts of those that serve the world.
The world's system, it's values, it's morals, it's enmity
against God is meant by "the world".

God that made the world and all things therein,
seeing that he is Lord of
heaven and earth,
dwelleth not in temples made with hands;

The world was good until man brought sin into the world.
|
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world,
and death by sin;
and so
death passed upon all men,
for that all have sinned:

Look at this scripture, sin entered the world by one man and
death by sin. Sin and death are linked. If you sin you perish in
death.
Of course, believers as sin entered the world by one man, sin
and death were also destroyed by one man, Jesus.
The world is evil
Jesus gave himself as a sacrifice for our sins, to deliver us
from this present evil world, according to the will of God.

Who gave himself for our sins,
that he might deliver us
from this present evil world,
according to the will of God and our Father.
Galatians 1:4 And we know that we are of God,
and the whole world lieth
in wickedness.

The devil blinds the minds of the unbelieving world
|
In whom the god of this world that blinded the
minds of them which believe not,
lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God,

The world cannot see God, but believers know God

Even the Spirit of truth;
whom the world cannot receive,
because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him:

How to live in the world

Teaching us that , denying ungodliness and worldly lusts,
we should live
soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
Titus 2:12 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is
this,
To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction,
and to keep
himself unspotted from the world.

Do not conform to the world

And be not conformed to this world:
but be ye transformed by the renewing of
your mind,
that ye may prove what is good,
and acceptable, and perfect, will of
