Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant,
and
was made in the likeness of men:
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself,
and became obedient
unto death, even the death of the cross.
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him,
and given him a name which is
above every name:
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
of things in heaven, and
things in earth, and things under the earth;
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory
of God the Father.
Philippians 2:5-11
Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel,
that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth,
whom ye crucified, whom God
raised from the dead,
even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.
This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders,
which is become the
head of the corner.
Neither is there salvation in any other:
for there is none other name under
heaven given among men,
whereby we must be saved.
Acts 4:10-12
|
JESUS is the name above every name!
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given
him a name which is above every name:
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things
in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of
God the Father.
Philippians 2:9-11 |
There is no greater name, in Heaven or in this earth, no name
greater than the name of JESUS !!
Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of
Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth,
whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man
stand here before you whole.
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under
heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have
everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
John 6:39 |
God gave Jesus His name, through the angel of the Lord,
to Joseph and Mary, His earthly parents.
Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise:
When as his
mother Mary was espoused to Joseph,
before they came together,
she was found
with child of the Holy Ghost.
Then Joseph her husband, being a just man,
and not willing to make her a public
example,
was minded to put her away privily.
But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared
unto him in a dream,
saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take
unto thee Mary thy wife:
for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy
Ghost.
And she shall bring forth a son,
and thou shalt call his name JESUS:
for he
shall save his people from their sins.
Matthew 1:18-21 |
Jesus means Saviour. Before He was born, Jesus had a
purpose and mission from God to save the world from sin and death.
The earthy parents of Jesus were instructed by the angel
of the Lord to name their son JESUS.
And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel
was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,
To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph,
of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.
And the angel came in unto her, and said,
Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee:
blessed art thou among women.
And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying,
and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.
And the angel said unto her,
Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb,
and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
Luke 1:26-31 |

name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of

Acts 2:38 |
Jesus, a name above every name
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is
above every name:
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things
in earth, and things under the earth;
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of
God the Father.

Wonderful
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and
the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called
Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of
Peace.
Isaiah 9:6 |
The word of God is the revelation of God Himself to
humankind. The truth preached about the one true living God is not
received by all people. All people have faith, but not all people have
faith in God.
The truth of the revelation of God given to us in His Word,
the truth of salvation by the grace of God through faith in God, the truth of God manifest in the
flesh as Jesus Christ, the truth of the Holy Ghost, the truth of the cross, the
truth of the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ for the redemption of the
sins of all the people in this world, the truth of the resurrection of Jesus
Christ from the grave, the truth of the gospel of Christ Jesus, the truth of the
Godhead, and the truth of the saints eternal inheritance in the Kingdom of God,
can only be seen by people who are truly saved, is only
given to those who know God and who God knows, the knowledge of
God is given only to His saints, the mystery of God is revealed
only to the children of God.
People without God cannot know the mystery of the fullness of
God, or of His eternal kingdom.
And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the
mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things
are done in parables:
That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not
understand; lest at any time they should be converted,
and their sins should be
forgiven them.
Mark 4:11-12
|
The saints of God, the children of God, understand
because God makes all things clear to them through the Holy Ghost
that abides inside of the children of God.
Those without God cannot
understand the revelation of the mystery of God.
Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and
from generations,
but now is made manifest to his saints:
Colossians 1:26 |
God makes manifest His mystery, to all the saints of God, the
saved in Christ Jesus.
Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my
gospel,
and the preaching of Jesus Christ,
according to the revelation of the mystery,
which was kept secret since the world began,
But now is made manifest,
and by the scriptures of the prophets,
according to the commandment of the everlasting God,
made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:
Romans 16:25-26 |
Without God abiding in us, we are unable to receive the
revelation of the mystery of God. No one can understand the mystery of the
power of God, unless they abide in God and God abides in them.
The faith and knowledge of the children of God stand in
the power of God.
We receive the knowledge of the truth of God, through the
power of God, given to us through Jesus Christ, when we become the
children of God, by accepting the gift of salvation, received only by the
grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and
Saviour over all of our lives.
Our faith stands in the power of God, not in the wisdom
of men.
That your faith should not stand in the
wisdom of men,
but in the power of God.
Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world,
that come to nought:
But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery,
even the hidden wisdom,
which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
Which none of the princes of this world knew:
for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard,
neither have entered into the heart of man,
the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
1 Corinthians 2:5-9 |
God reveals Himself to us by His Spirit.
God is revealed to His children through the Holy Spirit of
God.
The only way to know God is through His Spirit,
and the only way to receive His Spirit is through rebirth, sanctification,
regeneration by the Holy Ghost, which is through salvation.
Salvation is the gift of God given to all who believe in Him.
The Holy Ghost teaches us the things of God. We
receive the Holy Ghost through salvation, by the grace of God.
God freely gives knowledge of the things of God, to all His
children through the Holy Ghost.
But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit:
for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
For what man knoweth the things of a man,
save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man,
but the Spirit of God.
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world,
but the spirit which is of God;
that we might know the things
that are freely given to us of God.
Which things also we speak,
not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth,
but which the Holy Ghost teacheth;
comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
1 Corinthians 2:10-13 |
The unsaved, the unregenerate, the lost, the natural man
cannot receive or know the things of the Spirit of God, because the things
of God are
spiritually discerned.
The things of the Spirit of God are spiritual.
They are of the Spirit of God, who does not abide in the lost of the
world.
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit
of God:
for they are foolishness unto him:
neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things,
yet he himself is judged of no man.
For who hath known the mind of the Lord,
that he may instruct him?
But we have the mind of Christ.
1 Corinthians 2:5-16
|
When we receive true salvation, we put on Christ, we
are given the mind of Christ, old things are passed away and all
things become new. Through salvation, the children of God receive a clean, pure spirit, a
regenerated spirit that can be taught the deep things of God by the Holy
Ghost.
Whereby, when ye read,
ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)
Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men,
as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles
and prophets by the Spirit;
That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body,
and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God
given unto me by the effectual working of his power.
Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given,
that I should preach among the Gentiles
the unsearchable riches of Christ;
And to make all men see
what is the fellowship of the mystery,
which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God,
who created all things by Jesus Christ:
To the intent that now
unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places
might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,
According to the eternal purpose
which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:
In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.
Ephesians 3:4-12 Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for
you,
which is your glory.
For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of
our Lord Jesus Christ,
Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith;
that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
May be able to comprehend with all saints
what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge,
that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
Now unto him that is able to do
exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think,
according to the power that worketh in us,
Unto him be glory in the church
by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen
Ephesians 3:13-21 |
Believers, the children of God, the saints, the saved, the
disciples of Christ, are named through Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.
For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our
Lord Jesus Christ,
Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory,
to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
