"Other doctrines" are any other doctrine than Christ's doctrine (2 John 1:9-11). The Word of God is the doctrine of God and the doctrine of Christ. "Other doctrines" are not of God, and therefore are false doctrines. Anyone who teaches a false doctrine, teaches a false religion.
When any doctrine contradicts God's doctrine (the Word of God), one has to be wrong. The only true doctrine is the Doctrine of God, the Word of God, His Holy Word, His Holy Scriptures. The Word of God is the source and the measure for all other doctrines.
No other scripture is given by inspiration of God, except His Scripture. God did not say that some scripture was from Him, but He said ALL His Scripture was given by Him. Supreme authority is from the Word of God. The Word of God is the supreme authority, the final Word for all mankind. There are no "new revelations" because the Word of God was completed by God Himself, the Word was finished, perfected, by the Power and Authority of God Himself, no one has greater power or authority than the one true living Jehovah God Almighty. Unless you grasp this truth, that the Word of God is from God Himself for all mankind and is the final authority, you may be led away by strange doctrines, commandments of men, other doctrines, which lead men and women away from the truth of God every day, and you could be eternally separated from God. Throughout the Word of God, we are warned to beware, take heed, and avoid strange doctrines, commandments of men, and other doctrines. What is other doctrine? Again, "other doctrine" is any doctrine that contradicts the Word of God in any way, for any reason, by anyone. The Word of God makes it simple to determine which doctrines are false by states that any doctrine other than the Doctrine of Christ is false (2 John 1:9-11). We know through the Scriptures when other doctrines are false because they contradict the Word of God. How do we know if a doctrine is contrary to the Word of God? Only by know the Word of God can we know when it is being contradicted, because if we do not know the Word of God, it is impossible to know when there is contradiction. God says that we err not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God (Matthew 22:29). We are in error, not God, if we are in a false doctrine, because we do not know His Scriptures. The following are a few contradictions that other doctrines falsely promote as the truth of God, that will aid you in knowing when a doctrine is false. A false doctrine:
(You will see that sometimes, I may interchange the words false doctrine and false religion because most false doctrines are found in false religions).
The doctrine of God, inequitably states that God is the Creator of all things, that there is One God, and none else. God is the Creator of all things
The Word of God is the only true infallible word of GodThe teachings and/or literature of a religion is false, if it disagrees with any part of the word of God. The scriptures of God are our instructions in righteousness. Instruction in righteousness cannot be found through new revelations from some human being or visions from them. God's word is profitable to us for doctrine, not the theories of some human being. Everything we need, full instruction for our lives, is complete in the word of God alone. The word of God, the Holy Bible is the words of God. All scripture is the inspiration of God. I do not know why anyone would choose to be inspired by the words of some human being, over the words of the one true living Lord God, the Creator of the universe. Our inspiration, our doctrine, our instruction in righteousness should come from the one true living Lord God. God is the only one who is worthy to instruct us in righteousness, He alone is worthy to give us His doctrine, which is profitable for reproof and correction. Today, we do not have to go through anyone to know God. We each can know God personally, completely and fully. God is able all by Himself to lead us to Him, and to save us. God is able to reveal Himself personally to each of us, all by Himself, through His word. God's words are not complicated or beyond understanding. We have a God of love and mercy, a God of grace, who is willing to give to us all the things that we need to come to Him and to know Him personally.
ALL of the word of God is true today.
A false religion does NOT believe that the word of God came exclusively from God. A false religion may believe parts of the word of God, but NOT the full gospel of Christ. You either believe all of it or none of it, you cannot believe just parts of the word of God. A false religion ADDS additional sources to go with the word of God, like their books, their magazines, their literature which do NOT hold the same truth as the word of God. The word of God calls the doctrine of men vain worship.
The doctrine of Christ is the doctrine of God the Father. God the Father and God the Son are One God (John 10:30) and their doctrine is one in the same doctrine.
Through the doctrine of men and traditions of men the word of God is corrupted and defiled. False religions twist the word of God to fit their manmade doctrine. By removing Holy scriptures of God and replacing them with their manmade theories and conclusions, they have polluted the word of God with their ideals, making it not make sense and of none effect.
A false religion follows the traditions of man, laying aside the commandment of God, putting what they say and think above what God says.
We are to beware of false doctrine and traditions of men.
No person can be saved by traditions of men, only through believing in Jesus Christ the Lord.
It is puzzling to me how false religions can corrupt the word of God, even so far as to say is it not true, but then use the word of God to explain their religion. They deny the word of God as the absolute truth on one hand and then on the other hand quote scriptures to support their false ideals. Most all false religions start with the word of God, and then they change it, and add to it and take away from God's word until it conforms to their manmade beliefs. It boggles my mind when I think about it, how some people can oppose the word of God so strongly, but use it as the basis for their false religion. If they truly think that the word of God is so wrong and so untrue, why do they even use it? I do understand that there are many cults and false religions who hang onto the word of God, and keep it in their false religion, but always in addition to their other manmade books, in order to lure people into their cult. If a false religion said up front that they did NOT use the bible, or did NOT believe in the bible, many people would not even talk to them. Using the pretence of believing in the word of God, these false religions can trick many, many people into their false religion. Once they trick people into coming into their false religion, with the pretence that they believe in the word of God, these people are soon shown by these false teachers, why they don't believe in the word of God. Usually by this time, they think that they are in so deep that they cannot leave this false religion, or are threatened if they do leave. These people are convinced by the devil himself to stay away from the truth. We as true believers of Christ, know that by the true word of God that it is never too late, to turn your life around to the truth. And to believe in the one and only truth of salvation, faith in Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ is the truth, and only truth, and the truth will set your free.
A false doctrine denies the Word of God is finished and complete, therefore promoters of false doctrine say that God's doctrine must be added to or subtracted from. Adding to and/or subtracting from the written Word of God is nothing new, this has been going on since the Word of God was first written down for mankind. The Word of God is the revelation of God Himself to mankind, and is fully completed and fully finished. God left nothing out for us to know about Him and His plan for all our lives. There are no mistakes in the Word of God, nothing must be corrected by any man. There is nothing left out of God's Word, no one can add anything to God. Adding and/or subtracting God's own words from His Scriptures is extremely serious, as described in His Scriptures. No one is exempt from the wrath of God, if you add and/or subtract His Words from His own Scriptures, you will face the wrath of the Living God. Believing part of the word of God is still unbelief. Subtracting words, God's words, from the Word of God is false doctrine. Taking away words from the Word of God is NOT permitted by God. All people who take away parts, or words from the Holy Word of God, will receive the wrath of God (Revelation 22:19). God does not change (James 1:17). God is the same yesterday, today, and forevermore (Hebrews 13:8). The Word of God will never change. The Word of God is forever, because it is the Word of God, and God is forever.
Why can't spiritual people have "new revelations" from God? When someone says that they have received "new revelations" from God, they are "adding to" the words of God, and "new revelations" are NOT permitted by God. God promises these people who "add to" His word, ALL the plagues found in His Scriptures, before they receive eternal damnation (Revelation 22:18). New revelations are NOT from God. The word of God cannot be changed, for any reason, by any person. There are not any "new revelations" given to men by God. When men claim to have a "new revelations" from God Himself, this in itself, contradicts the Word of God. Do NOT be deceived, "new revelations" are NOT FROM GOD, because adding to and/or subtracting from the written Word of God is NOT permitted by God. If someone can convince you to believe that the Word of God can be changed, altered (in any way), then they can convince you of anything.
Do not be deceived, fear is used by many promoters of false doctrine, because it works. It is difficult for me to comprehend, why anyone would live in fear of their religion, or denomination, or church. False doctrines promote fear. Fear is a very powerful tool, used by the corrupt to control the actions of many people. Fear is a common tool used by cults, in order to control their victims. Fear is NOT from God. Fear has nothing to do with the doctrine of God. Fear is not from God, of God, or by God, but fear is from the devil. Do not be deceived, if the doctrine you are following promotes fear, makes you fearful, fearful of doing something other than they command, fearful of leaving, then you are involved in a false doctrine. Satan used fear in the garden of Eden, to convince Adam and Eve to sin against God for the first time. And it worked, and since fear worked so well on people, fear has been used by satan ever since. Because GOD IS LOVE, God never uses fear to bring people to HIM. The perfect love we receive from God casts out all fear.
Fear is contagious and spreads like the disease that it is, but there is a cure for fear, which is God. Who do you fear? What do you fear? Do you fear illness? Do you fear the unknown? Do you fear your spouse will leave you someday? Do you fear some dreaded car accident will leave you crippled for life? Do you fear someone close to you that you love will die? Do you fear your children will be taken from you? Do you fear no one will love you? Do you fear you will not have enough money when you get older to take care of yourself? Do you fear that you will lose your job? Do you fear other people? Do you fear terrorists will bomb your city? Do you fear your church? Do you feel if you do something against your church you will be punished by them? Do you fear your own death? The devil loves fear, panic, and confusion. The devil knows if we live in fear, that we cannot live in faith. If we are controlled by fear, we are not controlled by Christ. Fear leads to eternal separation away from God. Please, don't place your trust in your fear, place your trust and your faith in God alone. When we place our faith and trust in God alone for our lives, for our salvation, and for our eternal life, God will replace our fear with His grace and love and peace. Faith in God removes all fear. Our God is the God of peace, not of fear. Be consumed with God, not fear!
God saves. Only belief in Jesus Christ for your salvation, grants you the gift of God, eternal salvation. We are all saved the exact same way, by grace through faith we are saved (Ephesians 2:8). By the grace of God we are saved, through faith in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:5; Galatians 3:26).
Jesus Christ is the way to receive salvation
The doctrine of Christ is the doctrine of God and the gospel of Christ Jesus. The doctrine of Christ is the Word of God, and states the truth that Jesus came from God above, is God incarnate, conceived by the Holy Spirit, earthly virgin born, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, lived a sinless life, crucified on His cross for our sins, died, was buried, rose from the grave, resurrected into new life, received up into Glory, sits on His throne in Heaven, waiting to return to earth for His own, will reign forever more (1 Timothy 3:16; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 John 3:5; Colossians 1:20, 2:14; 1 Thessalonians 4:14; Matthew 28:5-7; Mark 16:6; John 14:2, 6; Revelation 1:18; Luke 21:36). The doctrine of Christ is the only doctrine that can show us the truth and tells us how we can receive eternal life. The true doctrine of Christ is only found in the word of God. People who abide in the doctrine of Christ, live the ways of Christ, follow Christ Jesus have both the Father God and the Son of God.

Jesus Christ is LORD
The same devil that tempted Jesus in the wilderness, exists today. The devil himself would like you to believe that he is not real, that way you would not need the salvation of God. Every day through lies and deceit the devil convinces people that he doesn't exist, but he does. There is a devil and he is very real. The word of God describes the devil as the wicked one, a murderer, the father of lies, the dragon, that old serpent, satan, a roaring lion, the god of this world, walking about to find his next victim to destroy (John 8:44; 1 Peter 5:8), whose end is sealed by the Word of God to be cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, tormented day and night for ever and ever (Revelation 20:10). There will be a judgment for all mankind. The saved and the lost will face judgment from God.God promises many wonderful, unthinkable, unimaginable things prepared for His saints in His Kingdom of Heaven (1 Corinthians 2:9). God also promises everyone judgment. God has appointed us once to die, and after that His judgment (Hebrews 9:27).
No one, living or dead, is exempt from the judgment of God.
There will be eternal punishment for all who reject God.
A false doctrine denies Christ, that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God. A false doctrine denies the record of Christ, the truth of Christ:
All the people who deny Jesus Christ, will be denied by God the Father which is in Heaven. No one enters Heaven, enters the gates of Heaven, spends eternity, who denies Christ by not following Him on this earth. Your lord in this life, will be your lord in the next.
Those who suffer and obey Jesus Christ will also reign with him, but if we deny Christ he will also deny us. If we do not obey and follow Christ today, on this earth, then we will not be allowed to obey and follow Him tomorrow in eternity.
All those people who say they know God, but do not serve and obey God, deny God by their works. If you know God and God knows you, then you will serve and obey God, because that's what the Word says. "Saying' you know God, does not mean that you do. Obedience to God is assurance of your salvation.
Everyone who denies the LORD that brought them into the world, will be denied into the kingdom of God. Damnable heresies are any doctrines that place themselves above God, that demand people follow "their words" over the Blessed Holy Word of God. False prophets teach false corrupt doctrine, saying their doctrine is from the Word of God, but has nothing to do with God. They deny the Lord that bought them, by promoting a different, strange doctrine as the truth of God. These people face destruction, damnation, and eternal separation for God.
Any doctrine that is like the Word of God is false doctrine, because there is only One Word of God, true doctrine of God, and is it not "like" any other.
A false doctrine does not believe in the Son of God, Jesus the Christ. A false doctrine denies eternal life is in the Son of God, Jesus the Christ. A false doctrine believes that eternal life is received by some other means than through Jesus Christ, the Son of God. A false doctrine denies the power of the name of the Son of God, Jesus Christ.
Puts anything above GodA false doctrine is self-promoting, putting their doctrine above God and above the doctrine of Christ.
A false doctrine is any doctrine that speaks of themselves and seeks their own glory. If any doctrine promotes their doctrine over God and the doctrine of Christ, this is a false doctrine.
People who speak of themselves, their doctrine, their religion, their beliefs, seek their own glory, and NOT the glory of God. I know of many, many religions that put their name, their beliefs, their books and magazines, their doctrine, above God and the doctrine of Christ. We know from the word of God that the doctrine of Christ is the only true doctrine we should adhere to, because it is God the Father's doctrine.
What is the doctrine of men? Any written source in addition to the word of God is the doctrine of men. Doctrines written by human beings are the doctrines of men. The word of God reads that in the end days, today, some will depart from the faith of Christ as a result of giving into seducing spirits and the doctrines of devils.
God tells us in His Word, that false doctrines are established by men who create their own righteousness, because they refuse to submit themselves to God. People cannot create their own righteousness, because there is only one righteousness, none other, the righteousness of God. Man has no righteousness, apart from Christ Jesus. God says that there is only one righteousness His, and we can only have His righteousness by submitting ourselves to His Son, Christ Jesus, totally through faith. No one enters into the Kingdom of God without the righteousness of God, and that righteousness is obtained only through faith in Christ Jesus to salvation (Romans 3:22). The word of God reads those who learn and teach the doctrines of men are proud and know nothing, stir up questions and strive, are men of corrupt mines and destitute of the truth, whose end is eternal separation from God.
ALL people (everyone) who do NOT abide only in the Doctrine of Christ do not have God, are not saved, are not in the faith, are unbelieving, and are without God. It can't get any clearer than that!
As believers and those who abide only in the doctrine of Christ, we are NOT even to bring such doctrines into our house, nor bid them God speed, or any blessings. The word of God reads that if we do, we are a partaker of his evil deeds, we take on his sin, we share his sin.
"Receive him not into your house", this includes your radio or television, the internet, anything that does not bring the doctrine of Christ. What powerful scriptures! But where does the word of God say ONLY the doctrine of Christ? The word of God reads we are not to ADD TO or TAKE AWAY from the word of God. Christ is above all things, over the church and over religion. Christ Jesus is the head. There is only one head, Jesus.
False doctrines put their own beliefs over and above the word of God. False doctrines put their manmade rules above the rules of God. False doctrines put their teachings first and God second. Putting anything above God is idolatry, this includes doctrine and religion. God is a jealous God. The word of God reads that idolatry will NOT enter the kingdom of God. In a false doctrine, if there is a conflict between their teachings and beliefs and the word of God, either they change the word of God or interpret and twist the word of God to match their words and their beliefs. We know that changing the Word of God is not allowed, neither misrepresentation of His Holy Word. God calls the twisting of His Holy word as handling the word deceitfully.
The children of God do NOT handle the word of God deceitfully. When we read in the word of God, where Jesus says "I and my Father are one", we know this is truth that Jesus and God the Father are one God.
God says those who pervert the word of God are accursed. Any person who perverts the gospel of Christ, who preaches any other gospel than the word of God is accursed, which means damned to eternity without God.
In biblical times, just like today, men claimed to be preaching the Word of God, but in fact they were preaching their own doctrine, sprinkled with just enough of the truth to deceive the weak. Remember, partial truth is still a lie, because there is no truth in lies, and no lies in truth. Preaching anything other than the gospel of Christ brings the wrath of God. We also know by the scriptures that it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. (Hebrews 10:31)
Why is it wrong to put anything above the God Almighty? When we place anything before God we are not living by faith. When we believe in other teachings, other doctrines, manmade rules, doctrines of men, we are not putting our full trust and faith in God. If we believe in the doctrine of Christ AND the doctrines of men, then we are deceived, we are believing a lie, because there can be only one truth, one Christ, one Word of God. The Word of God is complete. The gospel of Christ is finished in God's Word, nothing is to be added to the final Word of God. Believing is many doctrines about God is not believing in the One Doctrine of God, because belief in any other doctrine, other than the doctrine of Christ, cancels out your belief in God. We are only to put our trust and faith in the Lord and serve only the one true God of the universe.
A false doctrine teaches that God is for them exclusively. A doctrine is false, when it teaches that God is just for them alone, exclusively their own, because no one owns God. False doctrines promote their teaching alone can save, and only their doctrine is the correct doctrine that leads to God. No one owns God. No one group of people has ownership of God. No one religious group has exclusive rights to God. God is the God of ALL people, not just certain groups of people. God is no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34). God doesn't love certain people more than others, because of their religious affiliation. How wonderful we have a God that is no respecter of persons, otherwise none of us could be saved. "For God so loved the world", God loves the world, ALL the people of this whole wide world, not just certain groups. God saves all types of people. God saves all types of people in all types of religions, any denomination affiliate who has faith in Him alone to salvation. It is NOT God's plan to separate the world into separate groups of separate denominations, that was man's idea. It is not called "the Kingdom of <insert religious sect name here>", NO, God's Kingdom is called "the Kingdom of God". There is only ONE Kingdom of God, created by God, kept by God, and ruled by God. Hallelujah!! Praise the LORD!! Heaven, the Kingdom of God, will NOT be occupied with religions, or with religious groups of people, but with the faithful of God, true believers of Jesus Christ our LORD. God sees all people exactly the same, we are all His creation; and, we are either His children, or we are the lost of the world. God is the Creator of all things. God created humans. God is in control, not man. Humans didn't create God. Humans do not control God. One group of people cannot dictate who God listens to, or who God will save or not save. No group of people can dictate who God blesses, who God loves, or who God saves. People of this earth are not in power, God has all the power. God is Omnipotent, the one true living Almighty LORD Jehovah God, He alone has complete and everlasting power.
Those who ADD TO the word of GodThe word of God is the final authority. The word of God should be the final authority in any religion. A manmade book of doctrine of religion should NOT add to or take away from the words of God. A religion's doctrine, its rules and regulations, procedures should never conflict with the word of God. Why? because God said so in His Holy word.
God is serious when it comes to perverting, and mishandling of His Holy word. This one scriptures puts the light on many religions and shows us that they are false. God said that if any man adds to His word, this person will receive all the plagues that are written in His word. If you are not familiar with the plagues of the Holy Bible, lets review a few.
Some plagues in the word of God:
There are many other plagues listed in the word of God, all which tortured and destroyed. Would you want any of these plagues to happen to you? God says that if any man adds to His word, that man will receive ALL the plagues in His word.
Those who TAKE AWAY from the word of GodThe second part of this scripture, verse 20, states that if any man takes away from the word of God, that person's name will be taken away from the Book of Life, that person will never see God, will not receive eternal life.
The word of God reads that if any man takes away from His Holy word, that God will take those people's names OUT of the book of life. And we know that no one will enter heaven without their name written in the Lamb's Book of Life. Please note that these two scriptures, Revelation 22:19-20, both say "if any man", this includes any human being in the world, no matter if it is the highest religious leader in the world, the most prophetic leader, the largest ruler, anyone. God says any man, to remove exception to any person in the world. So if someone says, "but God told me to add these words or take away these words", it doesn't matter what they say, it matters what God said. God said that no one in the universe, not any man, can add to or take away from His words.
DO NOT BE DECEIVED. Who are these people that adds to or takes away from the word of God? I can think of many religions in this world today, who add to the word of God so much, that they don't even use it. These religions use their own written books, manmade publications to promote their false teachings. Some of these religions must promote their false religious books by delivering a quota that their leaders order them to pass out. I can think of many religions who have taken away from the word of God so much that they had to write their own "bible" to go along with their false teachings. It is clear when any religion has written their own bible to go by, this is a solid indication that they are a false religion. How could their religion be of God when they do not use or teach the true word of God.
God is limitless, because is Almighty, all powerful, omnipotentFalse religions put God in a box, by limiting what God is able to do, through their own reasoning. Saying that God is this way, or that, conforming God into their own image of what He should be. Some people like putting God in a manmade formula, reasoning about God through the flesh. God is God and cannot be reasoned or explained by the mind of the natural man. How do people put God in a box? When people analyze God with the limitations of man, when they reason about God by man's standards, when they limit God by comparison to man, they put God in a box. They reduce God to fit inside their own reasoning.
False teachers put limits on God and try and make God like man with faults and limitations, and twist the word of God in hopes of making the word of God ineffective. False religions limit God, because they being human are limited in their knowledge. God cannot put on the limitations of man, because God is not a man. Even when God manifested Himself in the flesh as Jesus, He was still fully God. God is able to be fully God and fully manifest in the flesh as Jesus, because He is God. God is able. God is able to do anything, and to be anyone that He wishes to be. Numbers 23:19 tells us that God is NOT a man.
God was manifest in the flesh as Jesus Christ. God was never a man like you or me. Jesus came to our earth in the image of man, to save mankind, but He was never just a man. Jesus was, is and will forever be God. God is not a man, like us that can lie. God is neither the son of man, that he should repent. Jesus is the Son of man, not the son of man, there is a difference. Jesus is the only begotten Son of God, perfect and without sin. Jesus had no sin to repent of, like we do.
Jesus has always been God. There has never been a time without God, without Jesus. Jesus Christ is God the Father and God the Son, fully God and fully manifested in the flesh as man. But how can this possible be? Because He is God.
There is only one true living God, co-existed in these three: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost.
We know through the word of God that the Word is God and we know that Jesus is the Word.
To know God and to be saved from sin and death, we must have faith in God; faith that God is ALL who He says that He is in His word.
Therefore it is absurd to try and explain God by man's thinking and limited reasoning. Man is limited, NOT God. God is NOT limited to anything because He is the Creator.
God is the Creator of all things.
God is the Creator of all things, He created everything we know about and everything else that we don't know about. God can do anything He wants to do, nothing is impossible with God.
The scriptures tell us "for with God ALL things are possible". No one should try and explain why or how God is able to do anything or say anything in His Holy word. How can something He wrote be so? Because God said it can. We should not question what God says in His Holy word, if God said it, that settles it. Many false religions of today, like to take apart the word of God, analyze it and explain it in man's terms. God tells us this type of thinking is wrong, because He said "with men it is impossible, but NOT with God, for with God all things are possible".
In the beginning was God... I think back on something I read, where a false religion was trying to pervert the gospel by explaining it in man's terms the scripture John 1:1.
This is a beautiful scripture, it says that in the beginning, before anything that we know about, before you and me, before the creation of man, before the creation of the universe, was the Word. And the Word was with God. How can the Word be in the beginning and the Word be with God, because God said it was, which should be enough for anyone to understand. Then the scripture which is the word of God, goes on to say and the Word was God. Who is the Word? The Word was God. We know from scripture that the Word was made flesh (John 1:14), God was manifest in the flesh (1 Timothy 3:16) which is Jesus Christ. (1 John 4:3) and The Word of God is Jesus Christ (Revelation 19:13). One particular manmade religion could not see that the Son of God, Jesus Christ is God, as it is shown in John 1:1. Their religion says that it is impossible for someone to be and also be with the same person. They reasoned that no one can be with themselves. God is able to do ALL things, nothing is impossible for God to do, to be or be with. Who can believe these false teachings? They want you to think that since they, man, cannot understand how this could happen, it cannot be so. We are not to listen to any man, but we are only to listen to God. God can be God and be with God, because we know that God can do anything.
These false religions cannot understand God with their own minds, therefore they consider His word not true, they think it must be wrong. Jesus is the Word. Jesus was in the beginning, and Jesus was with God, and Jesus was God. Jesus was God and is God because the word of God reads that He is the same today as He was yesterday.
God never changes. Our Lord and Saviour today is the same God in the Old Testament. Because I am a child of God, the God I worshiped yesterday and who I worship today is the same God that I will worship forever, for eternity. Halleluiah! Jesus Christ is Lord!! Jesus Christ, God laid down His life for all the people of this world, sacrificed Himself, gave up His life and took it up again, so that we could have eternal life.
No carnal mind of man will ever understand the Holy Trinity of God, which is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Therefore, no manmade religion will ever be able to understand the Holy Trinity of God. When we study the Holy word of God, we need to leave our human reasoning at the door.
The knowledge of God does NOT come by man's understanding. You cannot know God through the carnal, sinful, flesh. You cannot know God until you surrender all your life to God through faith in His Son. The Spirit of God only dwells inside the children of God, the saved in Christ Jesus. Through faith in Jesus by the grace of God, we can be saved and receive the Spirit of God and become a child of God.
The knowledge of God only comes through spiritual understanding, when God's Spirit speaks to our spirit.
Our flesh will never understand God, but our spirit, the Spirit of God who dwells inside us does.
God is a Spirit and we must be in our spirit to worship Him.
God is love and never promotes hatred.Any religion that promotes hatred is a false religion, according to God. God is love. Understanding and knowledge of God can only be received through love. Hate is the opposite of love. Hating is called hatred. God says that people who hate, who loveth not, do not know God, because God is love.
A false religion is one that hates and spreads hate, because we know that God said "He that loveth NOT knoweth not God; for God is love." A false religion is one that kills the innocent, wants to wipe out whole nations, who hates based on race or creed or their religion. Killing for God, murdering for God, is a lie straight from the devil, NOT from God. God tells us in His word that NO MURDERER will receive eternal life, NO MURDERER will enter His Kingdom, NO MURDERER will enter Heaven.
God is opposed to hate, God is opposed to killing, God is opposed to murder. God is the total opposite of hatred and murder, God is love. God tells us in His word that we are to do the opposite of killing that we are to lay down our lives for each other, which is the opposite of hatred and murder.
God loves everyone and want us to love everyone. God loves all the people of the world so much, that He gave all the people of the world His only begotten Son, so that all the people of the world should not perish, but that all the people of the world could receive everlasting life.

False doctrine believes their religion is the only way to GodAny religion is false when it says that only their religion is the only way to God. If 'xyz religion' was the only way to God, without a doubt, you can be certain, that God would have said so in His word. The word of God does NOT name any religion, saying that it is the only way to God. No religion is the way to God. The only way to God is through faith in Jesus Christ.
If someone belongs to "abc religion" and says that "abc religion" is the only way to God, they are wrong and are in a false religion, because that is NOT what is written in the word of God. Those who preach of their selves, proclaiming "their religion" above all else, are not of God.
We are to preach Jesus Christ the Lord, the glorious gospel of Christ, and NOT about some man made religion. Who do you promote? Do you promote your "religion" or do you promote Christ Jesus the Lord? God says that we are NOT to preach about ourselves, we are NOT to preach about some manmade religion, but we are to preach of Christ Jesus the Lord. We know that a religion is false when they say that "their religion" is the only way to God, because the word of God reads the only way to God the Father is through His Son, Jesus Christ.
This one scripture shows so many religions as false, in the world today. False religions teach their members that the only way that they will ever be with God, is if they do this or say that, if they do what they say, and only if they believe in their teachings and promote their religion. Saying something a certain way will not gain you entrance into the kingdom of God, only through faith in God, whole hearted belief in Jesus Christ, can any man come to God.
Who preaches the true word of God? There are many denominations, religions today who preach the true word of God, which is that the only way to God the Father is through His Son, Jesus Christ.
Determining which religion is true, takes time.
Only a false religion will state that "their religion" is the only way to God. God said that any religion that says that they are the only ones who have the truth, is not of God, is a false religion, because we know for a truth that God said the only way to God the Father is through the Son of God, Jesus Christ. If any one religion was the only way to God, it would have been written in the word of God. We know for a truth that there is NOT one named manmade religion, mentioned in God's Holy Scriptures, that He said we must follow. God does say we are only to follow the doctrine of Christ, the gospel of Christ, the doctrine of God. God never said for us to follow any manmade religion. You can be a member of a religious denomination, but you are not to worship and serve the "religion", you are only to worship and serve God. We are told in the word of God, only to follow, serve and obey God, the gospel of Christ Jesus. God says we are not to put our trust in anyone or anything, except Him. We are NOT to put our trust in any "religion", we are to put our trust in the living God. God wants us to follow only Him.
God REQUIRES us to fear Him with godly fear and respect, to walk in His way, to love Him, to serve God with all our heart and with all our soul and to keep the Lord's commandments and statutes.
We are to serve the LORD with gladness because we know that the LORD He is GOD.
Following some religious leader will NOT gain you entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven. Following any "religion" will NOT gain you inheritance into the Kingdom of God. Serving any "religion" will NOT gain you eternal life. Giving your money to a "religious" organization, will NOT gain you entrance into Heaven. Being a good person will NOT grant you permission to see God when you die. Only those that serve the LORD Christ with faith and trust, will receive the reward of the inheritance of the Kingdom of God. We are not to serve any religion or denomination, we are to serve God, Jesus Christ. We are not baptized to a church, or into a religion, we are baptized unto Christ Jesus the Lord.
The apostle Paul was stating, that there should not be division among the children of God. Paul told them that Christ is NOT divided, so why were there division among themselves. Paul said they were NOT of Paul, NOT of Apollos, or NOT of Chephas, that they were NOT of the one who baptized them, but that they were of Christ. Similarly today we can say that we are NOT of Baptist, or NOT of Lutheran, or NOT of Methodist, or NOT of any denomination, or NOT of any religion, but, we are of Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ and God the Father is above anything in this world, including any denomination, or sect, or religion. We must be very careful NOT to put our "religion" above God, or the doctrine of our religion, or our religious beliefs above God, because we know that the scriptures tell us that when we put anyone or anything above the God Almighty, that this is idolatry. And we know through the word of God, that idolaters will never receive eternal life.
A religion is false if it states that there are many ways to God. A religion is false if it states that there are many roads that lead to God. A religion is false if it states that there are many different things a person can do to inherit the kingdom of God.
There is only one way to God and that is through Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son.
Many true religious denominations today share this truth, that Jesus is the only way to salvation. Because many "religions" believe and teach the truth, no one can say that only their religion is the only way to God.
Believe they know the number of people who will be savedThe number of people who God gives His free gift of salvation to, is not limited. Salvation is NOT limited to a certain number. God has never placed a limited of number of people who will be with Him in the Kingdom of Heaven. God said whosoever believes in His only begotten Son, shall not perish but have everlasting life. "Whosoever" includes ALL people. Whosoever is a huge number of people! To put a number limit on people who will be saved is NOT biblical. God has no limitations. No one in this world knows how many people God has created throughout time. No one in this world knows the number of people God has saved throughout time. Only God knows everything. God, who knows everything, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, and all that we know about, did NOT number the people who will be saved. God did NOT number the people who will enter His Kingdom, who will spend eternity with God in the Kingdom of Heaven. No one knows the number of people that will be in God's final Kingdom, no one. If anyone tells you that they know how many people will be saved in the end of the world, God says that they are liars and part of a false religion. The number of people that God created is NOT in the word of God. To put a number of people on anything that God didn't is NOT biblical. False religions change the word of God to promote their own false teachings. Do NOT be deceived. Only God Himself knows the number of people who will be saved at the end of the world.

Who was received up into glory? The Son of God, Jesus Christ.
Jesus, the Son of God and God the Father are one God.
Life, eternal life is only found in God, Jesus Christ, God the Son.
False religions deny there is a place called Heaven, the eternal Kingdom of God, where God lives. God says that heaven is real and that He (God) created them. A religion is false, if it does NOT believe in Heaven. The word of God describes Heaven in great detail in His Holy Word. God describes what Heaven is like and why there is a Heaven and who is in Heaven now, and who will live in Heaven for eternity.

God is in HeavenHeaven is a Kingdom, Heaven is the Kingdom of God, where God lives and reigns, and where all the believers of Jesus Christ will go when they die.
God tells us in His Holy Word, that everyone will not enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. Only people who do the will of God will enter the gates of Heaven. The will of God is to obtain salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.

God says that hell is real and that He (God) created them. A religion is false, if it does NOT believe in hell. The word of God hell in great detail in His Holy Word. God describes what hell is like and why there is a hell and who will be in hell for eternity. Hell is eternal separation from God. Unbelief separates anyone from God and from eternal life with God in Heaven. The only thing that separates anyone from hell is faith in God to salvation. Without faith in God as Lord and Saviour over all parts of your life, God promises that you will see hell. All people who forsake God, reject God, choose eternity in hell. God does not cast any human being into hell, people cast their own selves into hell, by NOT believing in God. Every person that is in hell today, and every person that will end up in hell after they die, or at the end of the world, is there, will be there by their own choice. Every person in hell is there, or will be there, by their own choice. Every person has the same choice in this life, whether or not to have saving faith in God. Yes, it is really that simple. We all have the same choice to answer God's call to us, to receive Him through faith, or not. We all have the same choice to have faith in God and choose to live in righteousness, obey God and receive salvation and eternal life in the Kingdom of Heaven. Or to choose NOT to have faith in God and live our life in sin, live in unrighteousness, disobedience to God and wickedness, which leads to death and hell. The choices we make, while we are alive, determine our eternal destiny. Every soul has an eternal destiny, either Heaven or hell, it has always been our choice, and will always be our choice. God doesn't cast the wicked into hell, no the wicked chose that way of life, fully knowing that hell was their destination, if they didn't change, and turn from their wicked ways, and turn to God.
Hell was not created for human beings. Hell was created for the devil who turned his back on God, who tried to take the place of God in Heaven.
Hell is everlasting fire, punishment for evil and sin, for the cursed who choose to follow the devil, instead of following God.

When Jesus departed from this world, after His resurrection from death and the grave, He promised us to return. Jesus said that, "In my Father's house are many mansions", and that He went to prepare a place for us, and will return for those who are His own.
The word of God promises to all the people of this world, that all people will see the return of Christ Jesus one day soon.
What is a false religion? Any religion is false if they do not follow, obey and do the Will of God. No one is saved by their works, or what they do, or how they live. All people are saved the exact same way, by the grace of God through faith in God. Our good works are the product of salvation, not the reason for salvation.
The will of God is to obtain salvation through faith in Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord.
Eternal life is living together with Jesus Christ as our Lord, today, the rest of our lives here, and in the world to come.
Many false religions believe that their works brings them salvation. Many false religions believe that a combination of their works and their faith gives them salvation. God tells us over and over again in His Holy Word that we are saved through faith in God by the grace of God, alone. God is able to save us all by Himself. We are saved by the grace of God through faith in God alone, not by something that we do ourselves, not by our works, not by being good, and not by doing something for God. The grace of God alone is sufficient to save all the people of all the world. The grace of God is able to save.
The word of God tells us that we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Salvation is the gift of God, we cannot be saved by ourselves, and not of works, so that no man can boast of what he did. God said we are saved through faith in His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, not by any works, or anything that we can do on our own. Although we are NOT saved by works, God never said we are NOT to have works, in fact He says that we are created into good works.
Why do false religions say you must have works to receive salvation? By telling their followers that they must have works to enter heaven, it is easier for false doctrines to give works to their followers to do. They will want to do works, anything that their false religion tells them to do, so that they can enter heaven. These false religions know that their followers will do everything they tell them, by making works a requirement to enter heaven, and/or to please God. People will go to great lengths and sacrifice to do works to enter heaven and to please God, but God says that no amount of works grants anyone entrance into His Heaven; and God says that works do not please Him. What pleases God? Faith in Jesus Christ pleases God. In fact, God says in His word, that without faith in Jesus Christ, you cannot please Him.
Faith and good works are a team, but faith in God is what says anyone, not works. Good works are the product of genuine faith in God, but works do NOT save anyone. When people believe in their works to save them, they do NOT have genuine faith in God alone to save them. Without faith in God alone for your salvation, you will never see God. We are NOT saved by anything that we can do for God, but we are saved by what God has already done, through His shed blood, through His death and resurrection, through faith in God we are saved. God, Jesus Christ laid down His life for us.
We are saved only by the works of God, that have already been completed. When Jesus said "it is finished", His work on this earth was done, God died for the sins of the world so that we might be saved, by His works. One of the easiest way to spot a false religion is to look at their prophecies. Many false religions prophecy specific dates for events to happen, and or other future events that never occur. False religions prophecy future events that do NOT occur.
Who is a false prophet?
The word of God specifically states that if a man prophecies and his prophecy does NOT come to pass, it never happens, that this man is a false prophet. If the prophet is false, his religion is false. The word of God specifically states if a man prophecies anything contrary to the word of God, that this man is NOT of God, and his prophecy is false.
A false prophet dates the return of Christ Jesus.
Many false religions like to put a date on the return of Christ, or the end of the world, or Armageddon. The word of God clearly states that NO ONE on this earth knows when this will occur. The angels of God do NOT even know. Only God knows the date of these events.
Any man that gives a date to any of these events is a false prophet. What are we to do with false prophets? God said anything opposite of Him is evil. God is good and the world is evil. A false prophet is evil and the children of God are to depart from evil. We should NOT have anything to do with false prophets and false teachings. Believers of Christ are to ONLY follow the true doctrine of Christ, and we are NOT to follow doctrines of men or traditions of men.
God is against all forms of idolatry. God never condones the use of graven images, for any reason. False religions are those who worship anyone other than God the Father and God the Son; prays to anyone other than God the Father and God the Son. God is the Creator. God is the Creator of everything and God is the only Creator.
The scriptures tell us that God is jealous. Do not be deceived, God is jealous for us, not of us. The jealousy of God is NOT the covetous, sinful jealousy that man has toward other people. God is jealous because He is the Creator. The jealousy of God is holy and righteous. God created us and He loves us. Only God created everything. No one or nothing else created anything. Only God created men and women. Only God created all the creatures of the earth and heavens. Only God created the heavens and the earth. When we put anything or anyone above the Creator, we bring the wrath of God upon ourselves. We anger God when we worship anything or anyone other than God. God tells us over and over in His word that we are to avoid idolatry in any shape or form. We are NOT to worship or turn to idols. God says any image of anything is an idol.
We are to keep away from idols.
We are to run away from idolatry. Did you know that purposefully viewing idolatry is committing idolatry? God said purposefully looking at sin is being a partaker in that sin.
The children of God do NOT follow sin. We are NOT to follow the lusts of the flesh, which is idolatry.
We are to put to death, kill sin in our lives.
We are NOT to look upon idols.
We are NOT to make idols or even have idols in our possession.
We are not to make ANY graven image, or likeness of ANY THING that is in Heaven above. This scripture from God tells us all that we are not to make, images of God, Jesus, or any saint.
What is an idol? ANY graven image of anything is an idol. ANYTHING placed before God is an idol. For some an idol can be their car, house, job, children, spouse, any obsession that is placed before God is an idol, and worshipping anything above God is idolatry. We are NOT to make any graven image, this includes images of God, Jesus, saints, angels, people, animals, any person or anything in the world or in Heaven above.
We are NOT to make any graven image of anything, this includes all images of any person or anything. Why? Because God said we are to worship Him only, and worship Him in Spirit, NOT to a statue, painting, drawing, carved or engraved image, and image. We are to have faith in God alone, faith in God without seeing any image of God, NOT faith in anything created by the hands of men. If we look upon a statue or image of God, God says we are NOT worshiping God, but we are worshiping that image. God says that true worship to Him MUST be in spirit and in truth.
God is very specific in His Word and tells us ALL, that we are not to make, have, own or view any images of God, Jesus, angels, birds, fish, animals, any creature in the heavens above or in the earth below or in the sea.
We are NOT to serve idols.
All other gods are idols. Many people falsely believe that it is okay for other cultures, other countries, other nationalities to have their own god. They falsely believe that belief in any god is okay, at least they believe in a god. This is not what God says, He said that ALL other gods are idols.
DO NOT BE DECEIVED by the devil, our Father God does NOT condone idols made with men's hands. Idols are made by man.
God said that idols cannot see, idols do NOT hear, and idols do not walk. Idols cannot forgive man for anything. Idols cannot save anyone from sin and death and hell. God says that if you are worshipping idols, that you are NOT worshipping Him, and if you are NOT worshipping God, you are worshipping the devil. DO NOT BE DECEIVED by satan, idols have absolutely NOTHING to do with our LORD God Almighty.
The word of God tells us all, that since the beginning of time, humankind has been deceived by the devil, to turn away from God and worship idols. Idolatry is all throughout the word of God. Idolatry has never been accepted by God as a form of worship to Him, and never will be.
Idolatry is an abomination to God. Idol worship, which is idolatry, will prevent anyone from entering Heaven, receiving eternal life in the Kingdom of God.
God calls idolatry "the works of the flesh", and they which do idolatry will NOT inherit the Kingdom of God, will spend eternity separated from God. Any idol is a substitute for God, a replacement for God. Worshiping idols separate you from God. God will NOT be replaced in the hearts of men.
Idolatry is an abomination to God. The word of God reads that if you have, make, own, worship idols, that you have departed from God. Idolatry is departing from God. Idolatry is separation from God. We are to repent and turn ourselves from idols and turn to God.
When we think of an idol we think of a statue, but the word of God reads that man can setup idols in his heart.
Idolatry is more than worshiping a statue. Idolatry is putting anything or anyone above God. Idolatry is making anything or anyone the center of your world.

Only God can forgive sin. We confess our sins only to God, because only God can forgive sin. The word of God reads that NO human being on this earth can forgive you of your sin, that ONLY GOD FORGIVES SIN. If you are confessing your sin to any person on this earth, other than God, you are in a false religion. If some person tells you to do certain things to be forgiven of sin, you are in a false religion. God says in His Holy word, that Jesus Christ was the sacrifice for ALL sin. Nothing you can do can give you absolution from sin. Only by confessing your sin to Jesus Christ, AND repenting from that sin, can you receive forgiveness from God for sin and NOT perish. I cannot understand why any person living today, thinks that some person, a human being, can forgive them of sin that they commit against God. When we sin, we don't sin against people, we sin against God. Our forgiveness must come from God alone, who we have sinned against. The devil does NOT want anyone to confess their sin to God. The devil does NOT want anyone to repent of their sin against God. The devil does NOT want anyone to be forgiven of sin. The devil wants to take as many people as he can with him to hell. DO NOT BE DECEIVED, the ultimate goal of the devil is to separate as many people as he can from God. The devil wants to separate YOU from God. People who confess their sins to a pastor, priest, bishop, teacher, or any human being, are NOT doing the will of God, are NOT following the word of God, and ARE NOT forgiven by God for their sins.
The word of God reads a priest can NEVER take away sins. There is only one sacrifice accepted by God the Father for the sins of the word, and has already been done, the sacrifice of Jesus Christ the Son of God. Jesus was the only sacrifice, acceptable for sins forever.
Salvation is not a game. Hell is real. Do not gamble your life away, thinking someone else, other than God alone, can forgive your sins. Don't place your trust and hope in anyone other than God to save you from sin and death.
Only God can forgive sin, and give salvation, and save you from sin and death. You will be judged by God, alone. You will stand before the judgment throne of God all by yourself, no one will be there with you. God will see you and your sins. Unless your sins are forgiven by Jesus Christ, you will be covered in your sins, and God will say "Depart from me, you cursed, you that work iniquity".
"But so and so said they forgave my sins, I thought I was forgiven because they said I was, It is not my fault that my sins were not forgiven, I believed that they were because that's what someone said." No excuse will be accepted at the judgment throne of God. By the grace of God, we are all called to Him, we are all given the truth by God, to receive His gift of salvation. We all have the same choice to believe in God, to believe the truth, or to believe the lies from satan. Everyone who is living in sin, living for satan, living against God, disobedient to God, knows that they are wrong, but they choose to believe the lies of satan, over the truth of God. Special Note: We are not to place glory on any human being. Glory belongs to God alone, not any religious person. There is only one who is worthy of our worship, our praise, and devotion, all the praise and glory belongs to our LORD GOD, none else. We must be careful where we place our undying devotion.
If you know you are in a false religion, God says you must get out now, if you even think you may be in a false religion, get out now! All people who teach false religion, who do not abide by the truth, who do not live by the doctrine of Christ will perish in their sins. Do not be deceived, who you are attached to on this earth is who you will be attached to in the world to come, either sin or Jesus. You cannot live one way here on this earth and expect to be welcomed by Christ in Heaven. If you do not have a personal relationship with Jesus now, on this planet, you will not have a relationship with Him in heaven.
All people who believe in anything OTHER than the doctrine of Christ Jesus, the doctrine of God will perish, will die. People who do NOT believe in the doctrine of Christ will receive judgment from God one day and will be sentenced to damnation in hell.
The only way to eternal life is through belief in Jesus Christ. True genuine faith in Christ Jesus is separate from all else. You cannot believe in Jesus and believe in other things. No one can believe in all the religions and faiths of this world and also believe in Christ Jesus. Eternal Life is belief, trust, faith in Jesus Christ and in nothing or no one else. Your faith, your belief must be in Jesus Christ alone. Eternal Life is in the Son of God, commitment to Him alone. Faith in any religion will NOT save anyone. The name of your religion, sect, group, club, NO name of anything will save you. Being a member of anything or any religion will NOT save anyone from death in hell. Only faith in God saves anyone from sin and death. Faith in the name of Jesus Christ can save anyone from sin and death. Only true faith in Jesus Christ can save anyone from hell. If your faith is in anything else, except Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the living Lord and Saviour, you will perish in hell.
Faith in Jesus Christ saves. Faith in anyone or anything else is meaningless. There is only one door through which to enter into Heaven, and that door is Jesus Christ.
We all receive salvation the exact same way, by the grace of God through faith in God, by the grace of Lord Jesus Christ through faith in Jesus Christ.
We are saved, sanctified, justified, by the sacrifice of God Himself, Jesus Christ who shed His blood on a cross at Calvary, who gave His life, who died and rose from death and the grave, so that we could receive everlasting life in His Kingdom, the Kingdom of God.
You will be held accountable for the choices you make in this life, it doesn't matter who you are married to, who your parents are, where you live, or what you may think has happened to you in your life, YOU alone are accountable for your response to the call of God. We are all given the same choice, life or death, blessing or cursing, to live with God or live without God. God loves us and wants us to choose life, to choose Him, but He allows everyone to choose, He doesn't force any person to come to Him. ??? Not sure where to go to from here, may we suggest. . . |
